Shipping policy
Every Breathe order is packed with care in our Muswellbrook clinic.
Delivery options and costs (Australia only)
- Standard shipping: $11 flat rate.
- Express shipping: $15 flat rate.
- Click and collect: free. Collect from 4 Yammanie Way, Muswellbrook NSW 2333. We'll text and email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
Processing times
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed the next business day. Delivery times depend on your location and the service you choose. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
The Clinical Collection
Products in The Clinical Collection are only available to approved Breathe clients following a skin consultation. We may contact you before sending these items, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any Clinical Collection order that has not been approved.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected time, email hello@breatheskinbodymind.com and we'll sort it out with you. Please double check your delivery address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
