Tight shoulders, a stiff neck and a mind that won't switch off? This warming and cooling roller balm helps melt away tension and stress, wherever you carry it.

Who it's for
Everyone needing release from muscle tension and tightness: desk workers, gym lovers, busy mums and anyone running on stress.

What it does
Magnesium and Camphor are the stars here, helping ease tightness and support recovery. The moment it touches skin you'll feel a lovely warming and cooling sensation, while the rollerball applicator massages as you go, so you can literally roll away stress. It invigorates the senses and revitalises the mind, and Shea Butter and Vitamin E leave skin soft and smooth rather than greasy. Keep it in your bag for instant relief any time.

Key ingredients

  • Magnesium Chloride: readily absorbed, helping reduce the build-up of lactic acid that leads to tension and tightness.
  • Camphor Oil: cools nerve endings for comfort while warming the area by increasing circulation.
  • Vanillyl Butyl Ether: from Rosemary and Sage, a warming effect that promotes circulation and muscle relaxation.
  • Shea Butter & Sunflower Oil: rich in linoleic and oleic acid for softer, smoother skin.
  • Vitamin E: a powerful antioxidant that moisturises.

How to use
1. Squeeze the tube to release the balm.
2. Firmly glide the rollerball back and forth over areas of tension and stiffness.
3. Massage until fully absorbed.
Use 2 to 3 times a day.

Chels' tip
Roll it onto your chest and pulse points in the morning to keep stress down, or into the tops of your feet and backs of your legs before bed. Underarms are the best place to absorb magnesium. Follow with a Pure Fiji Coconut Milk Bath Soak in Moringa for full body melt.

Note: Magnesium Chloride may cause mild tingling on initial application where magnesium levels may be low. Not to be used on broken or irritated skin.
